The following delivery methods are possible:

a) DPD courier - delivery of the ordered goods is carried out via the DPD courier company. When the ordered goods are shipped, you receive an e-mail confirming the shipment and the consignment note number, which you can use to locate the shipment. Parcels are delivered by courier within 2 business days between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., in large cities until 7:00 p.m. If the recipient cannot be found, a notice will be left with the next delivery date and the courier's contact telephone number.

b) Inpost parcel lockers - delivery is carried out using InPost sp. z o. o.. Parcels are delivered to the parcel locker indicated by the buyer. The collection takes place by entering the unique code received by InPost Sp. on the indicated telephone number. z o. o. Parcels are delivered within two business days.

IMPORTANT: We cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery of ordered goods! If the parcel arrives too late, you always have the right to refuse to receive it and inform us that the parcel has not been received due to too long delivery time (more than 3 business days).

Return

You can return products within 30 days from receiving your order.

You do not have to provide a reason for the return, although we would appreciate it.

How to do it?

1. The returned goods must be in unchanged condition. It is very good if it is in its original packaging.

2. Complete the Return Form included in your shipment.

You will receive an SMS with a code to the phone number you provided. The code is valid for 72 hours. If the code has expired, you can re-generate the code at https://szybkiezwroty.pl/.

Remove old labels from the box and do not attach any return label. Write the SMS code on the parcel and go to any InPost parcel locker.

On the parcel locker panel, select the "Send a parcel" option, then "I have a shipping code or return code". Use the code you received earlier and select the cache size. We recommend size A or B.

Place the package in the box that opened. Close the door. Ready!

You can track your shipment on the InPost website. You will receive shipment confirmation and a link to track your shipment via SMS.
