Payment methods

The choice of payment method in the store depends on the selected delivery method.

The following payment methods are possible:

a) PayNow - a payment method enabling fast, safe and convenient online payments supported by mBank. The offered payment solution is available to both companies and private individuals with a bank account, credit or debit card, valid e-mail address and Internet access via a computer, laptop or mobile device. After placing your order in the store, you will be automatically redirected to the PayNow website to make payment. The entire authorization process is performed by mBank. Payment card details are not transferred to the store. For security reasons, each electronic payment transaction is verified by the operator, and the date of this verification does not depend on the store. The order is processed and shipped once the payment is confirmed by the operator.

b) PayPo - When purchasing with PayPo, you have up to 30 days to pay for your purchases - at no additional cost. You pay only after receiving your order, after checking the products and confirming that they suit you, without freezing your funds.

c) Payment on delivery - payment in cash to the courier upon receipt of the order. In selected cases, ZINA store reserves the right to additional telephone verification of this type of orders.

To check the delivery cost of your order, place all the goods in the basket and then select the delivery and payment method - you will then see the precisely calculated transport costs of the goods you have selected.

Attention! If the value of the ordered goods exceeds PLN 300, you do not incur delivery costs.

The following delivery methods are possible:

a) DPD courier - delivery of the ordered goods is carried out via the DPD courier company. When the ordered goods are shipped, you receive an e-mail confirming the shipment and the consignment note number, which you can use to locate the shipment. Parcels are delivered by courier within 2 business days between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., in large cities until 7:00 p.m. If the recipient cannot be found, a notice will be left with the next delivery date and the courier's contact telephone number.

b) InPost parcel lockers - delivery is carried out using InPost Sp. z o. o.. Parcels are delivered to the parcel locker indicated by the buyer. The collection takes place by entering the unique code received on the indicated telephone number by InPost Sp z o. o.. Parcels are delivered within two business days.

IMPORTANT: We cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery of ordered goods! If the parcel arrives too late, you always have the right to refuse to collect it and inform us that the parcel has not been received due to too long delivery time (more than 3 business days).
