Can I change my order? Can I cancel my order if it has not been shipped yet?

Once the order has been placed and confirmed, a sales contract is concluded between you and the Store. You cannot change the order, but you can withdraw from the contract by resigning from the entire order. To cancel your order, please contact the store staff, preferably at the following e-mail address: reklamacje@zina.pl, providing the order details.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If the wrong product was delivered to you, please contact our advisors by phone at {shop_phone} or by e-mail sklep@zina.pl and provide them with the details of your order. Customer Advisors are at your disposal from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged or defective?

If you received a faulty or damaged product, please contact our advisors by phone {shop_phone} or by e-mail sklep@zina.pl and provide them with the details of your order and/or ask a question.

How can I exchange goods?

In order to exchange the goods, you must return the product (we will refund any fees for the returned order). Then place an order again for the product in the appropriate size/color.

Can I have different delivery and billing addresses?

Yes this is possible. You can choose two different addresses when placing your order.

Are parcels also delivered on Saturday?

NO. Standard courier shipments are delivered on business days, Monday to Friday.

Is the color of the clothes the same as in the photo?

This is unfortunately a very troublesome question. Well, we make every effort to ensure that the photos we present reflect the actual condition of the products, but the color displayed on the monitor depends not only on the photo itself, but also on the monitor settings, matrix, etc. It sometimes happens that the same photo may look different on several monitors.
